How to hide a partition without any software (Softwares නැතුව partition එකක් hide කරන්නේ මෙහෙමයි)

  • Click on Start - Run
  • In Run box type cmd and hit Enter. Now Command Prompt window will appear. (දැන් cmd කියල type කරලා enter කරන්න )
  • In command prompt, type diskpart and hit Enter.(command prompt එකේ  diskpart කියල type කරලා  enter කරන්න )
  • Then type list volume and hit Enter.(ඊටපස්සේ list volume කියල  type කරලා  enter කරන්න )
 
  • Then type the Drive Letter which you want to hide. (දැන් ඔයාට hide කරන්න ඕනේ drive letter එක type කරන්න  )
  • If you want to hide volume E, type select volume E and hit Enter. (ඔයාට volume E එක hide කරන්න ඕනෙනම් select volume E කියල type කරන්න  )
  • Now below massage will appear to you.(දැන් මේ msg එක පෙන්නයි )
                           Volume 4 is the selected volume



  • After that, type remove letter E and hit an Enter. (ඊටපස්සේ remove letter E කියල type කරලා enter කරන්න )
  • That's all, you have done. Now restart your computer once. When you start your PC again, you wii not be able to see the particular drive in My Computer.(එච්චරයි.දැන් පරිගණකය restart කරන්න  )

To get the hidden partition again (hidden partition එක නැවත ලබාගැනීමට නම්  )

Click Start --> Run --> cmd
Then type diskpart - list volume - select volume E 

After that type assign letter E and hit Enter.

That's all !! You have got back the hidden local drive. Once again restart your PC, now you will be able to see hidden local drive in My Computer.
