Dr Ghunghroo (Paresh Rawal) wants his nephew Rajiv (Akshay Kumar) to marry a girl from a decent family. Don Uday Shetty (Nana Patekar), would like an honest man to marry his sister Sanjana (Katrina Kaif). He and his brother Majnu (Anil Kapoor) set things up so Dr Ghunghroo accepts their proposal.
