We need a memory device (Pen Drive) for this.Capacity should be minimum 1GB.First of all we have to format our pen drive in NTFS format.After that rename it as RAM Drive.

the Computer icon on the desktop and right click on the drive which we
have connected and go to properties.From the properties window, select
Ready Boost tab.After that, if you are using windows vista, then select
Use this device.If you are using windows 7, then select Dedicate this
device to Ready Boost.
