- Have to allocate more space to your windows installed drive(default C drive)-(Windows install කරලා තියන partition එකේ ඉඩ වැඩියෙන් තබාගැනීම)
If
your windows installed partition (default C drive) has small capacity,
then your machine will be slow.When you browse the internet, your small C
drive space also will be full from the temporary files,mil client data
and so on.So the machine is too slow.So that, empty the recycle bin,
internet history and cookies etc.If you are using Adobe softwares, then
use a different partition for the temp files.

- Disable the indexing service- (Indexing Service එක disable කිරීම)
We
can speedup our computer by disabling the indexing service.For that
right click on the drive and go to properties.From the properties
window, remove the tick from "Allow files on this drive to have contents
indexed in addition to file properties" --> Apply --> OK--> OK

- Disk Cleanup (සතියකට වරක්වත් disk cleanup කිරීම)
Use disk cleanup feature even once a week.Uninstall the non usable Softwares.

- Deleting the restore points (Restore points delete කිරීම)
Delete all the restore points except the latest one

- Scan for spyware and viruses (spyware හා virus ඉවත් කර ගැනීම හා ඇතුළු නොවීමට වග බලා ගැනීම)
Use a best virus guard and scan.Avast, Norton, Avira, Security Essentials etc. are good as I know.

- Defragment the computer (Computer එක Defragment කිරීම)
Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Defragmenter.
After that select a disk partition and select Analyse disk.Wait for a
few minutes.Again select the same partition and select defragment
disk.Now it'll take sometime to defragment the disk

etc.There are so many features in this softwares like fixing disk
errors, defragmenting disk.

boost is a default service for windows vista and windows 7.With this we
can use any memory device as a non volatile memory.So we can increase
our computer's RAM capacity by enabling this
